RETAIL MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to manage the retail division, and support strategies and processes to drive retail sales in Waterbom Bali, including developing its line of business and improving its financial profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the retail team, supervise, and guide the team towards maximum performance
- Organize retail store operations and allocate the responsibilities for personnel in area
- Manage merchandise inventory by monitoring supply and demand to ensure sales growth and minimum stock levels
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays, including pricing and promotion strategy
- Identify and resolve any issues related with the retail operation
- Manage sales budget/forecast and inventory reports
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store and the product ranges
- Plan, target, approach and negotiate potential cooperation with new retail vendors including finalizing better deals and agreements with the vendors
- Manage and supervise all retail vendors in the park
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a store manager with a minimum 2-year experience, preferably from the retail or fashion industry (or an assistant store manager from the retail industry with a minimum 4-year experience)
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software / POS
